1500 Pilgrims / Devotees from Jangareddygudem and surrounding places participated in Bhdrachalam Pada Yatra. Viswa Hindu Parishat played a major role in this event. These piligrims include several women, senior citizens. These devotees reached Bhadrachalam in 5 days.  Some of these devotees got opportunity to prepare or mix pearls in Talambralu. These Talambralu were used for Sri Rama Navami in Bhadra Chalam. These people also carried Talambralu which were pealed by hands or nails. This shows Great Bhakti of people. This Padayatra started  at Sri Rama Layam Jangareddygudem on 8th April 2011. One more greatness of this Sri Rama Navami is that This year piligrims also got the opportunity to celebrate Sri Rama Pattabhishekam. Crowd was never before like this in the past 20 years.
